Complete transformer substations of kiosk type are the most common type of substations. Their purpose is to receive and convert into electrical energy a three—phase alternating electric current with a voltage equal to 6-10 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz. These substations of KTP serve for power supply of agricultural enterprises in radial or ring distribution schemes of networks. Kiosk-type KTP are divided into pass-through and dead-end. They differ in that the pass-through type KTP is connected in two lines, and the dead-end type is connected only to one high-voltage transmission electrical line. These two types of CTP are installed outdoors.
